I’m a fan of AMD but I can’t with their graphics card. I got a vr ready xfx Rx 590. It can barely run battlefield one at medium settings, and the screen blacks out sometimes. And that’s a graphics card problem as there are bad reviews describing what happened to me. I just don’t trust amd gpu’s anymore. I’m gonna upgrade to a rtx 2060

The 3090 is way better for productivity. Raytracing cores make a huge difference. Not only that but it also has way more vram, can be OCed better, and generally performs better. Anyone who actually wants a GPU for productivity and gaming would opt for the extra vram buffer of the rtx 3090.

Nah you really don't, most of my friends are running hardware from the xbox one era. The cool thing about equivalent hardware on pc is that it usually blows consoles out of the water even at the very low end. A GTX 750ti is about equivalent to the xbox one's gpu power, and you can get a gtx 1050ti for like a hundred bucks that can run higher settings on most games than the xbox or ps4 could even dream of.

6900xt isn’t better than the 3090.. it may be cheaper. But 🤷🏼‍♂️. The 3080 ti will better than the 6900xt for the same price. Intels next chips will be better than AMDs best offerings with less issues. Like always. It was nice to see AMD push intel though. No significant upgrade to their chips in forever.

If anything talk around 6000 series is that they perform and clock really well. I speak from personal experience because I have a 6800XT that overclocks to 2.7 ( benchmark video in my channel)

Meanwhile I'm just sitting over here with my GeForce GTX 1660 ti I got a year and a half ago for $300 and is on par with the RTX 2060 ti. It can run World of Warcraft at 4k with 60 fps, which is the limit on that 50 inch 4k TV's refresh rate, so I'm fine.

Just came here to say im so disappointed with AMD. Since i got the 5700xt every game i play has constant crashes, Borderlands 3, MW2019, Black Ops Cold war, and now CyberPunk2077. I've done everything troubleshooting wise, ive upgraded parts, ive taken it to a specialist, everything the AMD cards and drivers just crash. All my friends with nvidia 2000 and 3000 series have had ZERO crashes in any of these games and more (ive even crashed from LoL). Its ridiculous and despite these amazing nice looking benchmarks im going with nvidia this christmas the 3080 or 3090 also so i could use Ray Tracing.

My experience with amd has always been bad. Good products for the price but they fail far more often than nvidia. Your experience my differ but I haven't had a single nvidia card fail.

Never had an AMD GPU fail personally, but they've always performed inconsistent across different games, something I don't have to deal with (for long) on Nvidia.
